Rock and jam bands hold a special place in my heart, with Widespread Panic constantly in my concert repertoire. My inaugural concert, a free show featuring the legendary Ben E. King at the NC State Fair, laid the foundation for a lifelong love affair with live music. Front-row seats and interactions with Mr. King during and after the show – it was an experience that set the bar for the transformative power of concerts.
